A fun-filled New Year celebration was held on January 8, 2013. A gathering of the members dressed in colourful outfits lent a festive air. Tea was served before the function began. The Chairperson of the Programme Committee welcomed the gathering and the President conveyed her best wishes to all the members for the New Year 2013. This was followed by an enthralling choir performance by the All Saints Church and friends. Hymns of praise were sung, and the story of the birth of Jesus Christ was narrated. It was a moving recital and musical programme enjoyed and appreciated by all. A game of Housie, followed by sumptuous lunch, rounded off the occasion. |
